Single Six is the model name for Ruger's single action .22
The number sounds like a serial number off of an old Ruger. I believe it was in 1969 when Ruger went with a two-part serial number (xx-xxxxx) where the first part is the series number and the second is the actual serial number. If 20264 is indeed the serial number, according to the Ruger website your Single Six was manufactured in 1955-1956.
