What's in your range bag?

As I added shooting gloves to my always-in-the-range-bag stuff, it occurred to me to wonder what others have in their range bags. So . . .

In my range bag:
1. Small binoculars
2. Muli-tool
3. Ear plus
4. Ear muffs
5. Plastic mallet
6. Gun oil
7. Permanent marker
8. Notebook and pencil
9. Shooting gloves
10. Small set of gunsmithing tools (screw drivers, Allen wrenches etc.)
11. Eye protection (Would be on list save that my trifocals are made to function as protection as well as vision correction.)

What's in yours?

Life is good.

1. staple gun
2. extra staples
3. extra 9v battery for chronograph
4. spare ear plugs
5. multi tool
6. pen/sharpie
7. ear muffs

I do have some other stuff in my trunk, but that is my range bag itself

More or less the same contents in mine, with a few variations.

Sectional cleaning rod, in case I need to push out something in the bore.

Brass cleaning brushes. Not that I'm going to clean guns on the range, but rather their reversed bristles can become effective puller for stuck brass with separated head.

Masking tape has way more utility than staple gun.

No gun oil. It has little or no use on range and makes nasty mess if leaked in the bag.

You should keep some basic IFAK in there too. Doesn’t take much space and you never know. Have and not need vs need and not have blah blah.

In addition to what the OP mentioned:

(4) 1" binder clips to hold targets to the stand
Here in Florida, bug spray and sunscreen
Uplula mag loader
spare mag or two
1-2 boxes of .22lr for my plinking gun that I use in between load testing
A few small plastic bags to put empties in for reloading
small towel or bandana
Extra target stickers

Under the rear seat of my truck is a MTM ammo case that also has targets, 22 ammo, clips, and other every trip necessities

Improved First Aid Kit
-Israeli bandage
-Tourniquet
-Chest seal
Basically a few things for trauma/wounds to stem blood loss quickly in case there is some kind of accident. I mean I also keep some simple first aid stuff for your standard cuts and boos in there too.

"Range rods" for pushing out stuck shell cases. I make my own, brass rods inlet into dowel handles. I paint the handles yellow, easier to find

Staple gun
Staples
Painters tape
Kid's eye protection
Backup electronic muffs
Ear plugs
Lube 'wipes'
Batteries (AAA, 9v for chrono, two types of button cells, and ... a weird one for a "special" red dot)
Pens, pencils, sharpies
Basic rifle sling
Suppressor wrenches
Allen wrenches for special applications (adjustable gas blocks, weird size for a certain stock adjustment, odd size for brass catcher adjustment, etc.)
Allen wrenches
Swiss Army knife (basically useless at this point - should be removed)
.22, .27, and .35 cal bore snakes
Multi-call cable bore snake cleaning kit
Special .22 cal bore snake for rifles or handguns with limited chamber access
Rags (one thick, one thin)
Resealable plastic bags (for range brass, or whatever else)
Heavy, insulated gloves
Thin, general purpose shooting gloves
Laminated cards with each scope reticle and its sub-tensions (I shoot precision rimfire - sometimes, I need a reminder for a certain rifle/scope)
2-5 boxes of .22 LR (if taking a 22 for "downtime", I sometimes forget the ammo )
Range keycard
Folded targets (really sucks when you forget a target)
Zipties in many colors - empty chamber indicators, as well as a useful tool
Empty chamber indicators
Piece of cereal box, during spring and fall, for an extended sun shade on scopes (when the sun is directly behind the targets in the morning - see "painters tape" above)
Paper clip (it ended up in there, and comes in handy)
Screwdriver set - only if expecting sight adjustments, otherwise it stays home
Browning Buckmark magazine(s) (I shoot them often enough that I try to keep 2-3 mags in the bag -- see "22 for downtime", above)
Copies of tax stamps for all NFA items, and copies of 5320.20s for the SBRs
.22 LR cases that are oversized for a particular rifle's chamber, because it needs scraping after a while

There's more that I am forgetting.
My basic range bag has a lot of crap in it.

There are no staff at the range where I am a member.
It is more for the occasional nosy cop or wildlife officer.

To date, it has happened zero times.

I once had a wildlife officer ask me a very clever question about one of my suppressors, but that's it: "How long did it take to get that can approved?"
Because anyone that is legal has an answer, but anyone that built one illegally will not have a quick answer to the question.
