Was APS just derailed?

APS has moved to a new server and all of the bugs are still being worked out.
For a variety of reasons, it's going to take awhile to work everything out and get the system functioning smoothly. Have patience.

It appears that not only ha this issue sent APS to the land of the dreaded 404 error, it has also taken olegvolk.net with it. Let's hear it for reliable hosting sources...
