Gunpowder Galore

Just went to a store here in OH with 8 lb kegs of gunpowder....and lots of them. I bought 1 CFE223 and 1 #41 primer! Ahhhh....I should be good for the year.

Ashland at FFF.

They didn't have everything, but they had quite a bit. Prices were not great, but ok.

Yeah that place is quite wonderful. A little off the beaten path but they usually have a pretty good assortment even during lean times. They've got a bunch more tucked away for Commercial Row at Camp Perry in a few weeks.

Does their selection include handgun powders?

Power Pistol, Universal, Bullseye, Red Dot/Promo?

This store is one of my go to stores, my wife is from Oberlin, Ohio, which isn't far from Ashland. When I can't find what I want locally it goes on my wish list to pick up from Fin Feather and Fur when we're in Ohio. This past year I found 3K CCI 34 primers & 8pd jug of IMR7828SC I've had a tough time finding. Compared to our prices In Arkansas I think the prices at the Ashland store are better than O.K. William

Gunpowder Galore - wasn't that a character in a James Bond flick?

Thanks, Nathan.

I live about 15 minutes from their Middleburg Heights store, and have been checking in whenever I drive by. If only I could find Power Pistol, I would be good to go for a while.

ADI makes the powder, sells it to Hodgdon.

By the time they get around to making it, getting it to the US, the sheer amount of backorders for this powder. By the time it gets around to regular retail channels for folks it will be a while.

Oh and factor in an upcoming election, so shelves will probably be bare again.
