I’ve had a Marlin Camp 9 since new around 1984, and I would not want to tick off off a farrell hog with it. It’s a blast to shoot. Kind of like a more powerful 10/22. Probably wouldn’t be legal for deer, but if hit in the right spot from a reasonably close distance, it would do the job. 100 yards, probably not. You need to be looking at a true rifle cartridge.
