Multiple forms?

Ok, normally I would ask my uncle a question like this, but I can't seem to get a hold of him so I figure this place would be next best thing.

My question is does buying multiple NFA firearms/items require seperate forms to fill out or is it all combined into one form? For example, if say I was to buy a selectfire SBR with a detachable suppressor, would I need to fill out three different forms or just one?

You would need to file 2 forms actually. One for the MG and one for the can. There is no barrel length restriction on a MG so a SBR form is un-necessary.

But to answer your question entirely, each NFA item requires a separate form.
