The good news with Winchester primers (at least here in Louisville KY) is that they were generally available during the last 8 years unpleasantness, when all other makes were unobtainable. Rod

Yeah, the hazmat fee is nuts....I think it's about an additional $25. Can't see how they sell much powder online.
