18" un-rifled cantilever 870 barrel?

I think a cantilever scope mount is a good way to mount a red dot optic on a tactical shotgun because the mount won’t interfere with mounting a sidesaddle on the receiver. I can’t however find an 18” un-rifled 870 barrel with a cantilever mount. Does one exist and if so where can I find it. I did think about cutting a longer barrel down to 18” but I was unsure if there was anything wrong with leaving the cut edge unfinished or if it really would need re-blued after that.
