Anyone know anything about this shotgun?

My mom has a 20 gauge shotgun called an "El Reno" at home. I live several states away so I haven't seen it but it was given to her in the 70s by her then-husband. I have never heard of that make and was wondering if anyone here has. Thanks in advance.
