What is a Revelation 300?

At my local pawn, there is a 12 ga. pump action which is marked as a "Revelation 300". Its rusted, but works, and is REALLY cheap. What is it? Who made it? Is it any good?

Savage model 30. I'd say 75.00 bucks tops if it's rusted.

Is a trade name, the Montgomery Wards store brand, I think. Some of their guns were Marlins, some Savage, some Stevens, and others. Ammo too.

Now that I think about it, Revelation might have been Western Auto. Sorry, just not sure anymore.

It's a Savage model 30.

Western Field and Hercules are store brands for Montgomery Ward
