I've checked Hornady's site and found load data for the .450 Marlin there, but does anyone know of any other sources? I'm wondering if Vihta Vihouri has any data for any of their powders.

For plinking, I've been treating the cartridge just like 45-70 Gov. If you go to sixguns.com, they have an article on the Marlin 450 and it has some loads there.

Other than the load data at Hodgdon, loads have to be developed and is part of the fun loading the 450 cartridge.
