Handgun weapon light recommendations?
I'm looking for comparison information between the SureFire X300 and Insight XTI Procyon weapon lights. Anyone have first hand experience with either light? Which would you recommend? Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, what are you putting the light on?
The Streamlight TLR-3 looks interesting. And for $79 it seems like a decent deal. 90 lumens on one 123a battery. It is shorter so it doesn't stick past the barrel of a compact handgun like the XD Service like my TLR-1 ($120) does. Btw, the TLR-3 is showing up as Pre-Order on La Police Gear. |

Ive had no problems with any of the surefire products ive used. I havent used the one you mention, but the companies overall track record is solid in my experience.
