Adjust old Husky trigger
I just bought an old Huquavarna in .270. Really great little gun, but the trigger is pretty stiff. I’m far from an expert, just developing a real appreciation for the older stuff. Can someone tell me how to adjust the trigger? Many thx!!

You need to identify the model number. Maybe there is an aftermarket trigger for it.

Husqvarna rifles are pretty darn nice mausers. is the trigger still a two stage military based unit? or a self contained unit? thanks bob

If it's a 1640 series, there is no trigger adjustment, about all you can do to help it is replace the spring with a lighter one or clip the original which is not recommended. The good news is, Huber makes a really good one that is very affordable and I suspect you will love it after shooting the factory one.
