Benelli Nova 12 gauge vs Rem. 870 Super Mag 12 gauge

Anyone had the chance to compare these two shotguns? And which do you prefer? Thanks! Benelli=24" barrel (with extra choke tubes) Rem. =26" both Realtree Camo. Thanks!

both are good shotguns but I like the 870, much for the same reason I like the glock. its cheap, reliable, and every one sells parts for them

Well, I went ahead and bought the like new Benelli in 12ga. 3.5" chamber also today so I guess I will soon find out which one fits me the best since I already had the 870. Thanks!

you will not be disapointed in any way shape or form with your choice on the benelli. i have a plain jane benelli nove pump gun, (one year before the new stock) and everyone that touches it falls in love with it. mine is the 28" 3.5" barrel. not that the other choices are bad at all,but the benelli is a top notch gun.

Of my pump guns, my relatively inexpensive Super Nova is my favorite. It is a very soft shooting 12. And it is extremely comfortable. Benelli hit a home run with their Novas and Super Novas.

Both are great shotguns. I have both and prefer the Benelli over the 870. It is a smooth shouldering and shooting gun.

Neither for me, thanks. Don't care for 3.5" maggie numbs. Otherwise, I'll take an 870.

Not that I'm biased of course...

I really like my Benelli Super Nova. I have no intentions of shooting 3.5" Magnum shells but it's good to know I could if I change my mind. Not too many shotguns have chrome lined barrels either.
