452AA Powder
I have recently aquired a couple of one pound containers of 452AA Ball Powder.
The shotshell info was an easy one for me, I have a Lymans re-loading manual from the mid seventies. I know that hand loaders like this powder for their 45's, burns clean and excellent performance. I would like to know if anyone has data or a source of information for use in a .38/.357mag. |

I tried it in 38s, didnt work worth a hoot. I think it needs a heay load ( like 1 1/8 oz.) of shot to get it to burn completely.
No matter what I tired, it always left unburned powder in the case and gun. Never the same amount. I tried it in revolvers and pistols, couldnt come close to getting a load that worked. Zerro consistency regardless how I loaded it in 38/357s. It was just another of my dumb ideals that didnt work. So I just burned it up in skeet loads.

If anyone comes along with usable data, I would like to hear some data for any of the calibers in my sig line and Winchester 473AA powder.
Thanks!
