Gun Show find for the weekend

Well I made it to the gun show this weekend, not really a big one at that location but I did manage to find a 12 ga. Rossi coach gun at a great deal, looks like it's hardly ever been fired since it was new. There was also a new Uberti 45 Colt on the black powder frame that I wanted but couldn't swing both, hopefully he'll have it in a couple weeks at the next show and I'll pick it up.

SD,

Ain't it great to go to a gun show and get a deal or two. The black powder pickins at gun shows in Hampton Roads Virginia have been slim until the show a coupla weeks ago.

I go to most shows without much hope of finding anything I want. But the one in five or one in ten shows in which somebody has something good make the dry spells worth the effort.

Congrats on your find.

Nice find! I looked high and low at the Boise, Idaho gun show to find some BP goodies, but they were few and far between. One table did have a beautiful original Colt 1860, but for 6000 clams, I had to take a pass. My wife wanted to pick it up and look at it, but I had visions of "Oops" and seeing my gun budget reduced for a couple of years.

There were, though, a ton of vintage Winchesters this time - a lot of 1876s and 1883s. It looked like they were displacing the ugly black plastic rifles. Woot!

We did find one of those old ceramic pickle crocks for ten bucks, though. And, God bless 'em, the Scentsy ladies were there, so my wife stocked up.
