powder for pro auto disk and .223

What is a good powder that will work with the pro auto disk for loading .223. I am loading 55 grain FMJ bullets for target practice. I would like to find a powder that will also work when I decide to load some .243 or .270

The powders that work best with 55gr bullets in 223 don't work very well with normal weight bullets for 243 or 270. The stick powders that do work with all three cartridges aren't known for "ease of metering" in a mechanical meter. However, I base this advice on the typical 80 grain loading for 243 and 130gr loading for 270. If you have other bullet weights in mind then your options may be different.

Your best bet is to settle on two ball powders, something like Ramshot Exterminator for the 223 and Ramshot Hunter for 243 and 270. Or Win 748 and 760. Or Power Pro 1000 and Power Pro 2000-MR.

If you think you can get a stick powder to work for you with the autodisk, then Varget and IMR4064 show up in all three load data sets.
