The classic load was 2.7 grains of Bullseye. Unique should be about 3.0 grains.

You have to watch out with wadcutters because they consume so much of the powder space under the bullet, seated as deeply as they normally are. That means the peak pressure is reached in a very small volume, and thus drops off rapidly as the bullet moves forward. You could, for example, get more velocity from Unique if you seated the bullet forward enough to allow more powder space to safely use a larger charge, but that could also have one unintended consequence: The same pressure being in a larger space requires greater total gas quantity (which the larger charge makes). That means pressure at the gun muzzle at the moment the bullet exits is also higher. With hollow base wadcutters you have to watch out that muzzle pressure doesn't get high enough to blow the hollow base open into a skirt that ruins the ballistics of the projectile. That bullet design just isn't intended for high pressure and velocity.

plenty

Cullman is just down the road and I have shot plenty of "ZERO" bullets in times gone by, but always found them a bit soft and prone to lead.
