Flush Magazine Extension For 590A1?

Hey guys, first post here. Gotta question, I'm looking for a magazine tube extension for my Mossberg 590A1 that will fit flush with a 18.5" barrel.

I see that the S&J Magazine +2 Extension will fit flush and I will most likely order it, but just wanted to ask here to make sure there are no others I should be looking at.

A side question, is there a heatshield available for the heavy barrel 590A1? My particular shotgun has the factory Ghost Rings if that makes a difference.

I bought a plus one extension for my 18.5" barrel 590A1. It comes the a new spring and a new follower. I make the magazine length equal to the barrel length.

And yes they make a heat shield for that model. $60

Awesome, thank you guys for the replies. Any additional input on the Choate extension? The S&J claims to get +2 AND be flush, the Choate appears to only be a +1.

I bought one and then I will buying a CDM Gear light holder so I can mount a light. There is not enough room with magazine cap to put a light on.

S&J +2, yes. Mine is a Max100 but he seems to have fallen off of the board s after much customer disatisfaction with turnaround time (search sites).

Another is the Vang Comp +1 -- relatively pricey too, but, all things considered this is probably what I'd go with today. Who cares how much more one pays for another round, or two -- what kind of calculus is that!?

MOSSBERG makes (made?) a parkerized vent handguard for the A1. However, the front sight of the GRS barrel is not removeable which means you'll probably cut into the finish on your parkerized barrel installing it -- the front sight is supposed to be removed for professional installation.
