Your question is pretty vague. What caliber? What weight?

For hand guns I only buy from one manufacture.
To date over 10,000. Never found a bad one or one with the lube ring not completely full.

My two favorite places to buy cast pistol bullets are:

Mastercast.net ( not to be confused with mastercastbullets.com)

pennbullets.com

I average about 10K a year, 9K from mastercast.net and 1K from Penn

I now only use SNS Casting coated lead pistol bullets. Coated lead is the best of both worlds, lower cost of lead with no leading and very little smoke. I received my latest order in just 5 days.

My two favorites:
www.snscasting.com
www.thebulletworks.net
For coated cast SNS has them fair priced and for both plated and cast The Bullet Works are very fair priced. Their cast is harder than some others with a 2-8-90 mixture.

I like the Oregon Trail bullet Company. I used their Laser-Cast bullets quite a lot in 9mm, 357, 45 auto.

Not as much as I used to, now I cast my own quite a bit. as far as I know you can still order direct from them at www.laser-cast.com

Another vote for Missouri Bullet Co. Great customer service, they don't thump you on the shipping charge.

Mo Bu Co, Penn, & SNS.

One vote for each.

Missouri Bullet Co. makes great soft cast DEWC's (PPC#2) for IDPA work. Seriously straight shooters.

SNS makes great hard cast and coated bullets - and they're fast. Order on Monday, receive on Friday.

Penn makes great bullets sized to exactly what you want. They're really slow - but they're up front about it and set your expectations accordingly. Which is all I ask.

All three are great companies IMO.

If you're looking to shooting lead in a rifle, it's a whole other ballgame than lead in a handgun. I've shot off the shelf bullets in my handguns (357 & 45acp) with great results. So I started trying off the shelf bullets for a couple rifles with slightly better than horrible results. I've read the same from several others. I'm now building a bullet only shooter & will be investing in my own casting equipment soon.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, just saying.

If I was going to buy them this is the place. However, casting your own is the way to go. I've been doing it for pistols and BPCR's for a long time. You can vary your hardness in accordance with what you're shooting and size to fit whatever is needed. This is my only method of using cast bullets and most recommended. Moreover, it's not going to cost a mint to get started. You can get by cheap or go hog wild.

SNS casting has been the best I have found in .38/.357. No leading and great accuracy for me.
