How 'bout some short replies on reloading Wolf 223.

If you are talking about steel cases, I recommend you don't do it. On another forum we had a guy who had reloaded the much lower pressure steel .45 Auto cases, only to discover a ring of pitting all around the inside breech end of his chamber. It was gas cutting from leaks in the cases where they had cracked near the base during resizing. Steel just isn't malleable enough to withstand much by way of resizing after its initial use. I value my gun's chamber, so I wouldn't even consider trying it at rifle pressures.

brass boxer primed? get some

steel boxer primed? you can, not without pitfalls and really why?

When LC and other headstamps are so available and so inexpensive, why bother?

I should have given more information. Cases are boxer primed, brass and primers are brass.

Here is another question. What's the difference between .223 brass with a head stamp of Winchester and cases with a head stamp of WCC. I know WCC is Winchester Cartridge Corp but is there any difference in the cases. All are brass with boxer primers.

WCC is mil spec.
