Weatherby SA-08 28 Ga. stock spacer ??
I just disassembled my SA-08 28 gauge to do a little touch up on the butt stock and fore end grip. There is a spacer between the stock and rear of the action. It looks like a piece of phenolic and is about 1/32" thick. It is marked 28GA and SSP in a small circle.
Any ideas what this is for? Looking at pics on the Weatherby web site, I do not see this spacer . The Bishop |
