They appear to be available from some online suppliers.

If you are interested in buying online, both Graf's and Midsouth have them in stock.

Cabela's USA says they have 'em. $31.99 per 100. I think they'll ship to your local store, assuming there is one, for free.
Don't imagine it helps, but their site says none of their PA stores have any Remington primers. Ask 'em if they'll ship to your local store if you order on-line. That might get around the hazmat. Of course, those fees are not set by them.

I wouldn't any reloading supplies from the Big C. There lots of gun Mom & Pop guns shops in Pa with better prices. At $31.99 for 100 they can keep them. Shydas usually has the best prices.

The Cabela's price for the Remington 7 1/2 small rifle bench rest primers is $31.99 per 1,000 not per 100. This is the page and note where it says PER 1000 in bold face type. At $32 per 100 I doubt anyone would buy 1,000 primers for $320.

While it is nice to support the small local gun shops my experience in the greater Cleveland, Ohio suburbs is very few if any local small shops carry reloading supplies. When my wife and I had a shop during the early and mid 90s I had a heck of a niche in reloading supplies and once the word got out it really was a good niche for us.

Anyway, depending on your location there should not be any shortage of Remington 7 1/2 primers. Buying online every now and then if you spend enough they will cover the HAZMAT.
