Thanks

Before we get started, why do you want a retention holster?

As far as I'm concerned, an M9 Bianchi style holster is the best for a CZ 75.

Pistol retention levels; I II III...

If by "retention" you mean a simple thumb break or security strap, there are a few decent brands to shop with; Safariland, G&G, Galco, DeSantis, Kramer, Blackhawk, Blade-tech, Fobus, Bianchi, High Noon Holsters, Don Hume etc.

Security levels, II, III and even IV mean more retention devices.
A UM92 could fit a CZ75 pistol & do okay for range or field-outdoor use but I wouldn't suggest it for concealment or regular uniform duty-patrol use.

I've been told that the serpa made for the SIG 229 will work. This is 2nd hand info, so take it with a grain of salt, but maybe someone near you has one you could try.

Bladetech makes nice stuff and so does high noon, I can attest for their quality first hand. I like my bladetech paddle holster better than my Serpa, it stays in place much better on my belts.
