.223 sabot loads

I have some .223 sabot sleeves and now I've got questions. The sabots are made to load .308 caliber rounds( 30-06, 308, 30-30 etc)

Do I use powder load for 30-06 or for .223?
Do I use powder for 30-30 or for .223?

The new rounds will have 55 grain Lake City solids and are to be dedicated to punching holes in targets out to 250 yards. (Not the 30-30)
All thots will be appreciated.

ONLY use data developed for sabots. Do a google search..".30 cal sabot loading data". Good luck, I ended up feeling like it was fun,but pretty much a waste of time.
And as usual, NEVER fire them through any form of muzzle device, they can "bloom" within the device and wreak havoc !
