1960s Era “Ghost Guns”

With all the hype over 3D printed firearms, it is easy to forget that improvised firearms go way back and have been constructed even in prison. This link shows a wide variety of improvised firearms: slapguns, car antenna zip guns, modified toy weapons, and just the general ingenuity of man.

Our county's sheriff's office has a display case of items confiscated in the county jail. There are a number of zip guns and pretty ingenious use of materials.
