IDPA matches.
I've been thinking about going to a match just to watch so I can see what all is entailed and how everything works but not sure were to go. I live close to Savannah GA can anyone help?

you can check for matches on
http://www.idpa.com find a local gun range/club and ask if they have IDPA matches there. that's what i did. love it. |

uspsa.com has both the info for uspsa and steel challenge matches.
Lots more info at http://www.gunmatchadvisor.com/ Generally a club that has one type will have others, too.

Bring all your equipment. If you go there just to watch, everybody's going to try to talk you into shooting. And you should Friendly folks.

Before going to a match, download and thoroughly read the pertinent rule book. Most are free to download from the national web sites.
