What happens if you have a form out for a suppressor or a SBR and you end up moving?
I dont plan on moving any time soon but I have been thinking about this for some reason.
If some thing was to happen and I had to move while I still have a form out for federal approval what would I have to do and would it delay my forms?

If you are moving in state, nothing.
If you are moving out of state, you will need to notify BATFE and get a CLEO sign-off, unless you are using a trust/corp/llc. You would still have to notify BATFE. |
