2230-C How Goes it?

I've got .223, .308,7mm-08,7.5 Swede, 8x57 Mauser ..ah..oh ya..maybe reload for the SKS..

Anyone using this powder?
Are you using 2230 load data?
How do your chrono results compare to standard 2230 specs?
The price is certainly right.

I agree, Gary, at $59/8lbs., Im curious about the application of this powder too! I havent found anyone who uses this powder yet though. Im looking for a "bargain basement" powder for 223/308 too!

The posts I've read state that they use it for .223 and .308 with low flash and good accuracy. Already purchased 24 lb. Looking for any insight into using..

Go to Accurate arms web site. They have the data.

Haven't used the AA-223 but am told that it is similar to Win-748, only a little faster. A little load work will probably give some good results, but probably not bench-rest accruacy in the calibers you mentioned.

Tommy at Georgia precision says he's gotten good service out of it at up to 600 yards, but its a little dirty. For $59 for 8 lbs, who cares?
