Uberti Remington 1858 Target sights

Hello fellow shooters,
I've just bought a very slightly used Remington 1858 replica by Uberti with target sights. The price was more than favourable, but there's a slight catch. The rear sight blade is missing and the previous owner can't find it. Does any of you have one of these? If so, would you be so kind as to measure the part for me?
Making a new one is rather easy, I already have the right kind of sheet metal but I need the correct dimensions. Thank you.
