Looking for Mauser M660/66 barrel shank spec

I recently picked up a Mauser 660 in 308 but it has some pitting in the bore so I want to rebarrel it. My Frank De Hass book doesent have the shank and its no where to be found on the web search. Since this isn't any thing like any other Mauser, I'm not sure if the treads are metric or SAE. Cutting SAE is a sinch but metric is a bit of a pain on my lathe. Trying to get a heads up before I break the head loose off the barrel.
