Where to buy a starter set of ceramic stones?
Hello,
I am repetitively new to hand gunning, but I am a pretty handy guy and I would like to stone the rough internal surfaces of my new (to me) Ruger SP-101. I ordered a set of reduced power main springs from Wolff but I would like to follow the IBOK procedures while installing them - the gun is for my wife who really struggles against the 15+ lb trigger pull. Do many local stores (ie: Bass Pro, LGS, etc) carry stones or is this an online only deal? If so, where is the best place to buy them and what would you recommend? Thank you for the replies. |

Would a regular super fine knife sharpening stone work? There definitely locally available. Mine even came with an Arkansas stone, that would do fine.
