Dialing knobs for standard Leupold Scopes?

Hi,
I have a Leupold RIFLEMAN 4-12 x40 mounted on my Rem 700.
It is a standard scope, and if one wants to alter the point of aim you n eed to remove the cover on the dial and move it with a coin, screw-driver etc.
Does anyone know of a company that makes dialing knobs that can be mounted on it?

Thanks,
Danny

Midway says the knobs have been discontinued by the manufacturer. I'm using them on a Burris scope.

Leupold has target knobs for most of their scopes. I think that they have to be installed at the Leupold custom shop.

Just got a sale flyer from Midway today. They show the Stoney Point knobs for Leupold scopes on sale @ $29.99 per knob. Midway #899-510.
