What is the difference between Nosler Partition and Nosler AccuBond?

The partition is a non-bonded seperate front and rear core bullet. The front and back sections are seperated by a solid web that extends accross behind the front core.

The accu-bond is a bonded bullet, the lead core is chemically glued to the copper jacket. This prevents the core from slipping out of the jacket, and aids in weight retention.

So what would be the better option for hunting big game?

Either or, or both. Whatever shoots best in the rifle you are going to load them in.

They both have deep penetration as the main reason for using either one. Some would argue that the partition might expand a bit quicker, but both will drop most animals in short order.

Where the acc-bond will excell, is at longer ranges, because of it's pointy plastic tip and boat tail base.
