Concealed carry permit holder shot by police officer
I don't know all the facts in this case (link)http://www.cnn.com/2016/07/07/us/fal...ing-minnesota/ but let's assume for a moment that the woman is correct and the permit holder was shot while following the lawful command to produce his ID. What can permit holders do to avoid being shot by police? Would it be a good idea to ask the officer for clarification when given the lawful command to show ID if that meant your hands would be out of his/her view?
