Reloading dummy rounds

The latest Cheaper than Dirt catalog has listed a 100 round belt of '06 for something like $30.

I'm looking at that thinking that it's 100 pieces of brass and 100 bullets that's just waiting for a new primer and some powder which adds up to about 30 cents/round including the brass. Anybody else tried it?

i saw a couple belts on the table at the last gunshow, i actually considered buying them, as they were LC 7.62's and with the bullet and brass prices today it might actually be a good investment
