Question #1 - Is Federal, Remington, and the other top brands better than starline brass?

Question #2 - If you get once fired brass from reputable companies such as Dillon, etc.
Is this good brass?

Any commnents appreciated.

I shoot almost exclusively once fired brass. I have not bought any new brass for the past two years for my 40 s&w. As far as the quality of FED/ REM/ Win to starline it should all basically be equal. I cut a cross section of different manufacturers and found the case walls a little thicker on REM brass.
