Are you talking about the bullets called the 'IDP #4-XD', which Missouri claims on their web site was designed for feed in XDs?
http://www.missouribullet.com/detail...y=13&keywords= I suspect that they will work in an XD ok....

I haven't shot any in an XD, but they feed wonderfully in my M&P45.

I have shot these out of my XD 45 4" and my Springfield Trophy Match. Flawless in both !!! Loaded at 1.210 COL two batches were made. One w/ 4.4 Bull. One w/ 5.0 231. I read alot of posts and this is where I started. 231 grouped better. Seemed softer than WWB 230. Next is 4.0 Bull. and 4.8 231. I'm going to the range tomorrow but won't have this batch done in time. I'll let you know.

I'm loading them right now and they're terrific; shooting them out of an XD-45 Service. Accurate.
I'm loading them with 5.2 grains of WST at 1.225 OAL. At $149/2000 with shipping, that comes out to just under 7.5 cents each; add a primer for 3 cents, powder for maybe 2 cents, and you're under 13 cents per round for .45 ACP. [And people say you can't save money reloading; go figure!] |
