Are those things useful???

I ask because they look cool but I'm wondering if they help?

I like them. It's a more positive hold, plus it makes it that much more unlikely that you will let your hand stray out toward the end of that short barrel. (More a problem with the MAC's than with Uzi's, granted.)

Thanks for the Picture. I, for one, prefer foregrips on most guns except bolt actions and target rifles. I'd rather see the grip canted forward as this is more natural in the shouldered position.
