Track of the Wolf Bucks County rifle kit - Update #12

n this update to my build project on Track of the Wolf's Bucks County flintlock rifle kit, we'll take a rough, sand cast trigger guard and get it cleaned up enough to inlet onto the rifle stock.

This will be my last update for awhile. Magazine work has heated up again...including a commission fro "Combat Handguns" magazine to build a flintlock pistol kit for an article. I'll do some videos on that job.

Thanks for sharing! I don't think I could do any better cleaning up the trigger guard than you did.

I'm about 2 years into a SLOW build myself.
How thin do you figure the trigger guard should be taken?
I'm thinking very thin (compared to the original sand casting). Wouldn't that really look nice you think? Still structurally sound but nice and thin.
