Hey BigJim... TheKlawMan shoots doubles.....
So I got to shoot with the Klawman today and with a few tweaks he hit his first double with his 870.... A little more coaching and I will be creating a monster... I'm glad that someone was breaking clays as I was having an off day..

I wish I shot on my best day as you shoot on an off day.

Thanks. I am a watcher (and not just girls in short shorts, Jim) and Weatherby and his buds are pretty good at giving pointers without overloading my old brain bucket. It also helps to watch them and their occasional mistakes.
What Weatherby isn't saying is what an uncoordinated clutz I can be. Twice out of 3 rounds I actually tried to shuck the slide when I was supposed to pull the trigger. Now that is totally weird. That they had me hitting more than I was missing says something about the quality of their help and their patience. |

I also enjoyed talking with Ken about ChuLai, Republic of VietNam. (He shoots a nice Model 12 with a polychoke, I think.) He got there a few months before I left for home.
