Rossi M971 compensated snubnose

Hi All,

Does anyone have any info on the Rossi Model M971 .357 3-1\2" barrel with compensator ? one has caught my attention but I don't know a thing about them .
I assume it's from the Interarm days ?
anyone know the quality of it ? and also anyone know what frame it's based on I also assume it's larger than a k-frame , oh and if there would be a fobus holster that would work for it ?
thanks in advance
Rol.

I have owned a Rossi model 971 ,357 mag with 6" barrel for almost 20 years and have found it to be accurate, dependable and good buy for someone looking for a decent revolver. Can't speak on behalf of a short barrel with a compensator, but if priced right you should be safe buying a Rossi product.
