Rossi M62SAC question

I'm looking at picking up one of these little guys for a fair deal. Problem is that the seller tells me that it it consistantly shoots off to one side. I'm not sure just how far off it is but wondering if this can be corrected. I have a newer version from Taurus that was also off just a bit. I was able to simply drift the front sight to get her back on target. The seller says he wasn't able to do much by way of the front sight though and ended up puting a tang sight on it which helped.

Anyone have a quick answer?
