I have picked up a Armi Jager Loano Model ap 75, I need information please

Hello All! I have just joined this forum and could some information please;

I had picked up at a local garage sale a Armi Jager Loano Model AP75. It is missing its foreward hand guards, and its stock. There is a lot to be done in an attempt ot get it back into a firing condtion. Thus my problem do I get to shoot again or do I turn it into a "wall piece"?
