By the way, why isnt HK 416/417 represented in this poll...?
Wouldnt it be a fine candidate for the new battle rifle...?

I think Hk G36 is far superior services rifle than ones listed.
My second choice would be G3 for it hard hitting. Third choice Ak 47 for its ultimate reliability. Last but not least AKSU 74 for its compact yet awesome FIREPOWER! |

G36 all the way. Also I've seen some pretty interesting weapons on future weapons that I cannot remember the names of, but they made my jaw drop.

Magpul Masada (Bushmaster ACR) US made is a plus
barrels changes are easy and ambi controls TAVOR if bullpup is desired a better 5.56 round would help maybe a 7mm round that is frangiable |
