H&R Pardner Protector 12ga Shotgun Anybody Have One?

I have a H&R Protector and i can't find a sight rail for it. Anyone have any info on where to look? Thanks

Do you mean a picatinny rail (which screws to the top of the receiver and to which a rear sight can be mounted)? If you wish one I believe you will have to have your receiver drilled for one.

IMHO. people add to much junk to their guns. Anything that fits the Remington 870 will fit your NEF Protector.

If you're looking for the sight mount that goes on the gun, I believe its the weaver 429M. But if you have some where, where you can take your gun in. I would recommend doing so.

I had some bad luck with my savage. I spoke to 4 different people at gander and I finally had to bring the gun to them. And they still couldn't figure out what would fit. I finally had to look it up on my phone while the two guys working there watched in awe.

I would double check on each package, because I also found #24 and #82 for the H&R/NEF.

Just curious, do you have to buy a H&R choke tube or can it use one for an 870?
