Is this a S&W Victory that has been polished, blued and then engraved? Since it's from Texas, it may be a BBQ gun.

no one is losing money on custom revolvers by well known gunsmiths.
Not the case here.
$0 of an NRA membership goes to legislative action or court battles. Not a dime. Only money contributed to the NRA-ILA or NRA-PVF. Second Amendment Foundation is a solid alternative.

You weren't referring to this particular revolver but made a broad, general statement and that's what I was responding to. I cannot ascertain what you meant to say but can only respond to the words that appear on the screen.

One rarely gets a return on any sort of customization of firearms. Or cars. Or houses. Or anything.
"Custom" usually means made for the orderer. Hard to find someone who wants exactly the same thing.
