Need help with installing a BAIKAL MP220 barrel assy

Can anyone give me some advice on installing the barrel assy in a new Baikal MP220. Just got the gun and for the life of me I cannot get the barrel assy on the gun, I have heard that the lockup is tight am I missing a step here or what. I fit the front lug in but it does not seem to go all the way down and when I pull up the barrel to lock it in the rear lug seems to not want to go in at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I looked on youtube but to no avail.
Thanks

Hold the top lever all the way to the right as you put the barrels on then release the lever and out the forearm back on

Finally gave up and brought it to local smith. Seems the extractors were gummed up and was holding up installation. Cudos to the smith at Shoot Straight Apopka he fixed it for free.
