1958 sxs Victor Sarasqueta 12 gauge

can anyone help me find out the model of a 1958 Victor Sarasqueta 12gauge sxs the serial number is am128667 I did find the date wich was d*1 =1958 it is a box lock there are 3 other sequnces of numbers one is 1407gmos another is 6876 and another is 17088 12/70 should mean 12 gauge 70mm or 2 3/4 chamber nice scrolling one side of receiver is pheasants other side is partridge and bottom is a fliing duck trigger guard has made in spain m.3
