SWIFT model 650 scope

Alright guys, I need a little help from those in the know around here. I have a friend offering to sell me a SWIFT brand scope for cheap to use on my little Ruger 10/22. It's an older scope, a model 650 in 4x32, that was on a muzzle loader. The price is right, I just don't know if they're any good. Can't seem to find anything online about a model 650. Anybody know anything about them?

I have never seen a Swift that I have liked. It would have to be for next to no money for me to pay for it. The only plus is that it is a fixed 4, it can only be so bad. If you like it and it is priced right go for it.

I love swift scopes i dont know what models i got but i got 3 3x9x40, i got one on a .300 mag and the others are on 30.06s, they hold there zero and are clearer than my burris full field 2 (which realy is saying alot) considering i payed i beleave 100$ a peace for them. i also have a swift fixed 4x still in the box, i plan on putting it on a slug gun when i get one. if hes asking under 50 or 60$ for the 4x id say get it.

Swift scopes had their fans, but I haven't heard anyone talking about them for years.

I have 2 Swift Premiers, both very good, esp for a low recoil rifle.
And OTC warranty, if needed.
